On the spacious terrace, accessible from the living room, you have enough privacy to sunbathe on one of the sun beds.
\nDelicious breakfast in the morning sun at the spacious table with comfortable chairs with or without parasol.
\nThe terrace on the street side is also a place to relax.<\/p>\n
A spacious living room with dining table for 6 people and high chair, furthermore sitting area with two spacious comfortable sofas.
\nModern TV with more than 150 channels, also internationally, via Portuguese cable, more than 3000 channels and films via internet with almost all English and international channels.
\nA DVD player is available with a limited number of DVDs. Internet access via own wifi channel freely available for guests.<\/p>\n
Fully equipped spacious kitchen with cutlery, crockery, pans, etc.
\nWashing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, coffee makers (dolce gusto and perlator), toaster, kettle, refrigerator and freezer available. A loggia for possible drying.<\/p>\n

\nBedroom with double bed, ample closet space and private bathroom with bath with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. Heating provided.

\nThe beds are made for you at your arrival, and enough towels are provided.

Parking is possible in the basement where there is ample parking. Remote control available. With the elevator you can get to the ground floor.
\nThere is also the possibility to park in the street, there are plenty of places.<\/p>\n
The central hall is spacious and gives access to all rooms and also to the spacious storage room.
\nThere available a cot for 1 person, a cot, extra chairs for terrace and cleaning equipment. There is a central vacuum system in the apartment.<\/p>\n
Pets are not allowed as well as smoking in the apartment.<\/p>\n
Air conditioning is available in the living room and both bedrooms, it also serves as heating.
